This detail specification prescribes the general style, format, and content requirements for creating Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs) and TCTO supplements (see 6.1). TCTOs and supplements are developed according to this detail specification and those requirements specified by the acquiring activity. TCTOs are prepared to document permanent modifications, retrofit changes or non-periodic (one-time) inspections, inspection-replacements, and inspection-repairs of standard USAF systems end items, equipment, and commodities. This specification provides for digital delivery of data using the Document Type Definitions (DTDs) prescribed in Appendix A for formal TCTOs and Appendix B for formal TCTO supplements.
