MIL MIL-PRF-19500/515E – Transistor, PNP, Silicon, Power, Through Hole, Types 2N6378 and 2N6379, Quality Levels JAN, JANTX, JANTXV, and JANHC
This specification covers the performance requirements for PNP silicon, through hole power transistors for power applications. Three levels of product assurance (JAN, JANTX, and JANTXV) are provided for each encapsulated device type. One level of product assurance (JANHC) is provided for each unencapsulated device.
